Short version: we read your document to make the report, we don’t keep the document, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Your document. The photos, PDF or text you upload are sent to our AI provider to generate the report. We do not store the document itself.
The report. We store the generated report so you can reopen it from its private link.
Technical data. A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit free scans. We do not store your IP address itself.
Purchase data. When you buy a report, Dodo Payments shares your email address and a payment ID with us so we can unlock the report and help you if something goes wrong.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your data.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We don’t use your documents to train AI models.
Who processes data for us
Anthropic: AI model that reads the document and writes the report. Under its commercial terms it does not use the data to train models and keeps it only for a limited period.
Supabase: database and server functions (hosted in the EU).
Cloudflare: hosting of this website.
Dodo Payments: payments, taxes and receipts, as merchant of record under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Reports are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete a report, or all data linked to your email address, or ask what we hold about you. Write to us from the email you used at checkout and include the report link if you have it. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Fineprint is not intended for people under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
