Fineprint is an information tool. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
Fineprint (“we”, “us”) lets you upload a photo, PDF or text of a contract you received. An AI model reads it and returns a report: a fairness score, clauses that may be unfavorable to you with quotes and plain-language explanations, suggestions on what to ask for, and a draft email. These Terms apply to the Fineprint website and everything you do on it.
Reports are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They do not take into account the laws of your country or state and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. You alone decide whether to sign, negotiate or reject any contract. For important decisions, talk to a licensed professional where you live.
The fairness score and the first finding are free. The full report for one document costs US$4.99, a one-time payment that includes applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and receipts. We never see or store your card details.
See our Refund Policy. In short: if you are not satisfied with a report, ask within 14 days and we will refund it.
To prevent abuse, the number of free scans per day is limited. We may block use that looks automated or abusive.
You keep all rights to your documents. The report generated for you is yours to use however you like. The Fineprint website, design and software belong to us.
Fineprint is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on a report or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Fineprint after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
