Not happy with a report? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

When you get a refund

You are not satisfied with the report, for any reason, and ask within 14 days.
The report failed to generate, came out empty, or did not unlock after payment.
You were charged twice for the same report.

How to ask

Email us from the address you used at checkout with the report link or the receipt from Dodo Payments. We process refunds within 5 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Fair use

Refunds are meant for genuine problems. If we see repeated purchases followed by refunds, we may decline further refunds.

Digital content

The full report is delivered immediately after payment. By paying you ask us to start right away; this policy still gives you 14 days to request a refund.
